Coffee with the Chamber is our monthly, recurring, in-person networking event, held at a member venue in the Millburn-Short Hills business community.
Designed to be both welcoming and purposeful, this event combines open conversation with structured facilitation to ensure every attendee has meaningful visibility and connection.
What to Expect
Guests will check in at the registration desk, receive a name tag, and enjoy breakfast, coffee, and open networking upon arrival. This allows time to reconnect with familiar faces and meet new members in a relaxed setting.
At 9:05 AM, Angela Kubisky, Executive Director, will share updates from the chamber. Then the host sponsor will give a brief presentation (up to five minutes). This is an opportunity for the hosting business to showcase its space, share its story, and highlight how it serves the community.
Following the sponsor spotlight, each attendee will be given one minute to introduce themselves. Participants are encouraged to:
Clearly describe who they serve
Share a recent win or accomplishment
Identify an ideal referral or connection
This structured introduction format ensures that everyone in the room gains visibility and clarity around how to support one another.
After introductions, we transition into more intentional networking. Facilitated prompts and occasional surprise engagement exercises are incorporated to spark deeper conversations, uncover opportunities for collaboration, and strengthen professional relationships.
