No Executive Director succeeds alone, and your ideas, experience, and energy are essential to strengthening our community. This committee supports our Chamber’s recruitment and retention goals by offering feedback on how we deliver value and how we can continuously improve the member experience. It’s also a space to help build a true pay-it-forward culture—one where members are aware of one another’s work, look for ways to support one another, and focus on relationships rather than on selling.
