Our Signature Monthly Networking Experience

Coffee with the Chamber is our signature monthly networking experience, welcoming up to 50 attendees. It is designed to help members build meaningful relationships, expand their network, and create real opportunities for growth.

Event Format

Check-In & Coffee
Arrive, check in, and pick up your name tag. Enjoy coffee and light refreshments while you begin connecting with fellow members.

Open Networking (8:15 – 8:30 AM)
Start introducing yourself right away. We encourage you to arrive on time to make the most of this initial connection window.

Welcome & Chamber Updates (8:30 AM)
A member of our Board of Directors will welcome attendees, recognize new members, and introduce Executive Director Angela Kubisky, who will share brief updates and opportunities.

Sponsor Spotlight (5 Minutes)
Each event features a sponsor who will share insights about their business and how they support their clients. 

30-Second Introductions
Each attendee has up to 30 seconds (timed) to introduce themselves. Come prepared to clearly communicate:

• Who you are
• What you do
• The problem you solve

Wins & Shout-Outs
Members are invited to share referrals, business wins, and recognize others who have supported them.

Guided Networking Experience
Each event includes a structured networking format designed to maximize connection:

• Small Group Conversations (typical format)
  Groups of approximately six participants, with time for each person to share and connect more deeply

or

• Speed Networking (select months)
  A high-energy, rotating format that allows you to meet more members in a shorter period of time

Connection Takeaways (Closing)
Before we wrap up, a few attendees are invited to share a quick takeaway—highlighting a meaningful connection, opportunity, or insight gained during the event.

Tip for Success

Review the attendee list in advance, come prepared with your introduction, and think about who you’d like to meet. The more intentional you are, the more value you’ll gain.

A valued Chamber member for over five years, she has a path that reflects a rich blend of experiences—from pre-med studies and an English major to roles as a corporate librarian, attorney, mother, lactation consultant, and volunteer EMT—ultimately leading her to acupuncture.
